This page explains what information Violation Leads ("we", "us") collects through this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us.

1. What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms. The quick sign-up form on the home page asks for your email address. The full sign-up form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company name, trade, city, ZIP code, the plan you are interested in, and an optional description. Our server also records technical details sent with every request, such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it (city, region, country), browser user agent and the page you signed up from.

2. How it is used

When you submit a form, the details are sent to a central lead service and are stored in an email list. We use that list to contact you about Violation Leads, including updates about the service and follow-up messages related to your sign-up. We do not sell your details. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and emails can be unsubscribed from.

The sign-up forms do not currently take payments, and we do not collect card details on this site.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages are visited and how visitors reach the site. These tools set cookies and receive usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use a tracking-protection extension; the site still works without them.

4. Public records

The violation information described on this site comes from public municipal records. Information about property owners in that data is public information and is not collected from visitors to this website.

5. Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email delivery and analytics are handled by third-party providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to be removed from our email list. Use the form on our sign-up page and say in the description field that you want your information removed or corrected, giving the email address you used. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

7. Retention

We keep your details for as long as the email list is active or until you ask us to remove them.

8. Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
